Meet the Directors

PETER STRAUS, Executive Director / West Los Angeles Director

Peter Straus has an extensive background working with children and athletics. In addition to having been the Physical Education Instructor at Castle Heights Elementary School and Westwood Charter Elementary School, he has worked with hundreds of athletes on an individual basis refining their skills in baseball, basketball and soccer. Peter holds a degree in History from UCLA and coached the Varsity Baseball Team at Palisades Charter High School for 10 years. Peter is also the Executive Director of Team Prime Time.

KENT CAMPFIELD, Operations Director / Santa Monica Director

Kent Campfield has been a fixture on the Santa Monica youth sports scene for the last seventeen years. Formerly the P.E. coach at Marquez Charter Elementary School, he has also directed and coordinated a number of sports leagues, day camps, and child care centers for the Pacific Palisades-Malibu YMCA. Kent is currently the Program Director of Team Prime Time.
